He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Summers and Margaret Summers (Stagemyer); his former wife Mary Summers (Reindollar); and his brother Harry Summers, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Meyers Summers (Redding) of York; his daughter Susan Moser; his son-in-law Gary Moser of Brookville, PA; his sons, Jeffrey Summers of York and Tim Summers of Laurel, MD; his stepchildren, Timothy Meyers (Sayoko) of Chantilly, VA, Beverly Vieth (Bruce), N. J., Rachel Cain (Russ) of Frederick, MD, Matthew Meyers (Martina) of York and Martha Smith (Scott) of Foxboro, MA; and his brother Kenneth (Jane Summers) of York. He is also survived by 15 step great grandchildren.
