He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph S. Miller and Helen Miller (Havice). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Miller (Harshbarger); his children, Daryl Miller of Manchester and Eileen Ghesquiere (Dale) of York; his grandsons, Seth Wise of York and Maddox Price of York; and his sisters, Cheryl Zertuche (Daniel) of Lacey, WA and Sue Anderson of Chambersburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
