He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Joseph Schmitt. He is survived by: his mother Arlene T. Schmitt of York; his brother Dr. Douglas Schmitt (Laura) of York; his nephew Dr. John Schmitt; and his niece Emma Rose Schmitt.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (2935 Kingston Rd, East York, PA 17402). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
