He was predeceased by: his daughter Delaney Matthews-Clafferty; and his grandparents, Robert, Theresa Kirkwood (Clafferty), Andrew Mays and Sam Dean.
He is survived by: his close friend Jake Jenkins; his friends, Tanner, TJ, Nic, Brad, Ambre, Steve and Candace; his children, Kennedy Clafferty, Patrick Clafferty Jr. and Dax Matthews-Clafferty; his parents, Bryan K. Clafferty Sr. and Nicholette L. Clafferty (Phillips); his brothers, Bryan Clafferty Jr. (Carly Jo) of York and Steven Schrader "Gunz" of Baltimore; his nephews, Bryan III, Conor, Karsen and Katelyn Love; and his grandparents, Henry and Sharon Phillips. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and multiple godchildren.
Due to COVID-19 guidelines and in compliance with health and public safety directives, those attending the viewing will be required to wear masks and social distance.
