He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy V. Alexander and Dolores Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Linda Balash; his children, Todd T. Alexander (Andria) of Sanford, Fla., Biff S. Alexander of York and Anna T. Alexander of York; his grandchildren, Joel, Nathan, Luke, Micah and Jude Alexander; and his son Neil D. Alexander. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Children's Bible Ministries of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
