He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira A. Walter and Lida M. Walter (Kamble); and his sisters, Lois Bressler and Norma Fetterolf. He is survived by: his wife Paula A. Walter (Barley); his daughters, Susan Procope (Julian) of Harrisburg and Marcia Adams (Scott) of Rising Sun, MD; his grandchildren, Jillian Procope, Justin Procope (Katelyn Barbour), Derek Adams (Jayme), Thomas Adams (Sawyer Pietuszka) and Benjamin Adams; and his great grandchild Abigail Adams. He is also survived by great grandson due in September; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary United Methodist Church (11 N Richland Ave, York, PA 17404). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
