With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy C. Esbenshade Gochenaur of York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 3, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Myers and Ruth Myers (Royer); her husbands, Wayne J. Esbenshade, Sr. and Harold Gochenaur; and her siblings, Sara Cherel, Esther Miller, Richard Myers, Donald Myers, Lee Myers and Edward Myers.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Esbenshade, Jr. (Dodie) of Dover and Wanda J. Zeigler (Jay) of Northumberland; and her grandchildren, Kami Link (John), Joseph Esbenshade (Tammy), Shelly Smyser (Brian), Bradley Zeigler (Angela), Flint Zeigler (Jana) and Annie Zepeda (Richard). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Palmyra Funeral Home (145 N Grant St, Palmyra, PA 17078). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Buse Funeral Home (145 N Grant St, Palmyra, PA 17078).
