He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine M. Fisher (Miller); his parents, Charles E. Fisher and Bessie M. Fisher (Miller); and his brothers, C. Clyde Fisher and Roy Fisher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Anderson (Jeff) of York and Linda Moritz (Bill) of Manchester; his grandchildren, Erika, Kari, Jacob and Jennie; his brother Lester Fisher (Deloras) of Red Lion; and his sister-in-law Linda Fisher. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
