Mary E. Torbert Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary E. Torbert of York, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Mary farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mary is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis D. Miller and Minnie E. Miller (Kohler); her close friend Steven G. Berger; her brothers, David F. Miller, Curran D. Miller and Robert E. Miller; and her grandson Deion Miller.
She is survived by: her son Derrick J. Miller of York; and her brother George L. Miller (Lucy) of Felton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
