She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Akers and Dora Akers (Duncan); and her husband James L. Rowe. She is survived by: her son-in-law Scott; her children, Cynthia M. "Cindy" Mitzel (Scott W.) of York, James P. Coffin of Shortsville, NY and Linda S. Lee (David) of Ithaca, NY.; and also Donald C. Coffin. She is also survived by extended family and caring friends.
