She was predeceased by: her husband George D. "Danny" Wynegar, Sr.; her parents, George Sheets and Argyle E. Sheets (Grimm); and her siblings, Georg Sheets and Rosalie Shoff.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Wynegar (Stephanie) and David Wynegar (Heather); her grandchildren, Jordan, Rick, Devon, Chelsea Wynegar, Sarah Rishel, Kyle, Mackenzi and Riley Wynegar; and her sisters, Evelyn Knaub (Rodney) and Pat Hershey (Ronald). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (1551 Kenneth Rd, York, PA 17408). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
