She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertha Parks and William Parks. She is survived by: her husband Vincent T. Starr Sr.; and her sons, Christian, Troy, Vincent Jr. and Brian. She is also survived by four sisters and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
