Though Marlene J. may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marlene J. touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband James T. Morton, Jr.; her parents, John Krout and Anna Mary Krout (Chronister); her son John L. Morton; and her grandson Zach E. Morton.
She is survived by: her children, Rich Morton, Scott Morton, Janis Morton and Beth Weymer (Richard). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Codorus Church of the Brethren (1129 Dunkard Valley Rd, Dallastown, PA 17313). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
