Kemper of York, Pennsylvania, born in Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 17, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Mariam J. Kemper (Ashway); his parents, Leonard D. Kemper and Grace E. Kemper (Merkle); and his brother Leon Kemper. He is survived by: his children, David Kemper (Marina) of Cassville and Jacqulyn Kemper (Michela Foster) of Orlando, FL; his grandchildren, Gabe Kemper of Broad Top and Dan Kemper of St. Petersburg, FL; and his brother Ronald Kemper of Hanover. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
