She was predeceased by: her husband John Edward Owens; and her son Preston Owens. She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene Pontoriero (Guy) and Lorraine Cochran (Thomas); and her daughter-in-law Christina Owens. She is also survived by grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
