She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Michael E. Torbert (Michele), Mark W. Torbert (Anita) and Melissa L. Freestone (Erik); her grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Jacob, Natalie, Philip, Kelly, Jennifer and William; and her brother Robert Russell (Anise). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
