She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest E. Russell and Ruth I. Russell (Billet); and her brothers, Charles C. Russell and William F. Russell. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Michael E. Torbert (Michele), Mark W. Torbert (Anita) and Melissa L. Freestone (Erik); her grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Jacob, Natalie, Philip, Kelly, Jennifer and William; and her brother Robert Russell (Anise). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hartenstein Funeral & Cremation Care, Inc. (24 N 2nd St, New Freedom, PA 17349). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Precept Ministries in Chattanooga, TN or Samaritan's Purse in Boone, NC.
