He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy M. Bowen (Nitchman). He is survived by: his children, William C. Bowen (Ruthann) of East Berlin, James A. Bowen (Lynda) of Bluffton, SC, Patricia Horn (Melchior) of Palmyra and Jennifer L. O'Dell of York; his daughter-in-law Margaret Bowen of York; his grandchildren, Melissa, Matthew, Harry, William, David, Cora, Erin and Linda Marie; his sister Carol Muscha of Tampa, FL; his niece Diane Jones; and his close friend Leah Page of York. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
