He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Medina and Elisa Medina (Bogado); and his sister Delia Medina. He is survived by: his wife Patricia J. Medina (Woods); his children, Jim Medina (Stacie) and Michelle Medina-Smuck (Darryl); his grandchildren, Christian, Ellie, Adrian, Nathan, Wesley, Aubrey, Chloe, Alec and Taylor; and his sisters, Nydia DaVera and Tere Medina.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. (3670 E Market St, York, PA 17402). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc. (3670 E Market St, York, PA 17402).
