He is survived by: his wife Jane Hagelgans (Stover); his children, William "Bill" Hagelgans, Gary Hagelgans, Jeff Hagelgans and Julie Bolich; his stepdaughter Kathy Price (Timothy); his grandchildren, Will Hagelgans, Zachery Hagelgans, Melissa Hagelgans, Tamera Hagelgans, Nicole Hagelgans, Steva Hagelgans, Rachel and Christa Harple; and his stepgrandchildren, Joseph Stover Jr., Lauren Dobson, Samantha Stover, Rebecca Kunkle, Alicia Sparks, Trevor Stover and Tara Thomas.
