He was predeceased by: his daughter Pamela Marie. He is survived by: his wife Loretta I. Mengle (Witmer); his children, Dennis Mengle and Susan Bowman; his granddaughter Christine Woleslagle; his grandson-in-law Rick; and his great grandchild Tanner Dillon.
