He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Guise and Althea Guise (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Judy Guise (Dehoff); his sister Kathy (Barry) of York; his sons, Scott (Jill) of Red Lion and Mark (Tanya) of Ephrata; and his grandchildren, Carly, Shane, Addison and Olivia. He is also survived by friends and spending time with their children and grandchildren.
