He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. Rhine, Sr. and Esther M. Rhine (Wolf); his daughter-in-law Karen Rhine; and his sister Doris Sebring. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Rhine (Shaffer); his son Kenneth Rhine III (Katrina); his grandchildren, Ashley Fowl (John), Megan Rhine (Dan) and Aidan Zielinski; his great grandchildren, Riley and Nathaniel; and his nephew Crawford "Buddy" Sebring. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews; and his wife.
