He was predeceased by: his wife Marian M. Tyson (Patterson); and his brother Carl Tyson. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl L. (Duane Hull, Sr.) of Dover and Tim A. (Monica Tyson) of York; and his grandchildren, Trey, Riley, Marla, Alexis, Duane Jr. and Diana.
