She was predeceased by: her husband Ned R. Kinard; her parents, John W. Spyker and Edna R. Spyker (Butcher); her siblings, Loretta Spyker, Jacqueline List and J. William Spyker; her grandson Adam B. Sullivan; and her great grandchild Jazmine R. Cope.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda L. Herr (Wayne), Roxanne M. Baer (Dennis), Monte R. Kinard (Faye), Blandi E. Kinard and Tracy D. Clutter (Paul); and her grandchildren, Megan R. Rodgers, Ashley S. Herr-Perrin, Kari Kinard, Courtney Heesacker, Kendra Stauffer and Kyle Kinard. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Julia donated her body to the Humanity Gifts Registry, in hopes that her donation to science will help others in the future.
