She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Dowell; her children, Charles J. Dowell, III of York, Michael C. (Debra Dowell) of York and Teresa C. (Adam Zeigler) of York; her grandchildren, Emma, Scarlett, Candy, Michelle, Bayley, Christine and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Jayden, Owen and Paisley; and her sister Linda Persinger of Bunker Hill. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
