With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph R. Carlisi MD (York, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Diane A. Carlisi (Amos); and his parents, Joseph Carlisi and Marie Carlisi. He is survived by: his son Zachary J. Carlisi (Amber) of York.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heffner Funeral Chapel (1551 Kenneth Rd, York, PA 17408). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc. (1551 Kenneth Rd, York, PA 17408).
