He was predeceased by: his parents, William Maddox, Sr. and Margaret Maddox (Runkle); and his brother William Maddox, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca DeKryger-Maddox; his sons, Jeffrey J. Maddox, Daniel P. Maddox (Erin) and James M. Maddox; his grandchildren, Kendall, Seth, Jacoby and Avery; his stepchildren, Michael Wright and Brittney Young (Chris); and his nephews, William Maddox, III and Justin Maddox.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Etzweiler Funeral Home - York (1111 E Market St, York, PA 17403). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
