He was predeceased by: his parents, William Maddox, Sr. and Margaret Maddox (Runkle); and his brother William Maddox, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca DeKryger-Maddox; his sons, Jeffrey J. Maddox, Daniel P. Maddox (Erin) and James M. Maddox; his grandchildren, Kendall, Seth, Jacoby and Avery; his stepchildren, Michael Wright and Brittney Young (Chris); and his nephews, William Maddox, III and Justin Maddox.
