He was predeceased by: his siblings, Geraldine Millheim, Albert Starner and Harry "Ed" Starner. He is survived by: his wife Nadine C. Starner (Menges); his children, Bradley A. Starner (Darlene F.) of Cape Coral, FL, Brian A. Starner (Kimberly D.) of Martinsburg, WV and Brenda A. Starner (Christopher D. Carter) of Jamestown, NC; and his sister Mary Louise Irving. He is also survived by five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
