John L. Finlyson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John L. Finlyson (York, Pennsylvania), who passed away on August 3, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lawrence and Sarah Finlayson (Jones); his sister Jean; and his pets, Violet and Claws.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger"; his sons, John "Jay" (Michele) and James "Thad" (Shoko); his siblings, Nancy Padgett, Andrew Finlayson (Sarah) and Bruce Finlayson; his niece Cristin Ryan (Colin); his nephew Colin Padgett; his great-nieces, Caroline, Emily and Caitlin; and his sister-in-law Ann Marie.
Due to the rising covid numbers, a funeral service will be held for family only.
