He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Kotzman and Jake Kotzman; and his siblings, Mary Darchuck, Ann Hoke, Joseph Kotzman, James Kotzman, Kathy Kotzman, Beverly Wood, Mark Kotzman and Lisa Brenneman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
