He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Paul Springer (Kristin Reign Springer) of West Melbourne, FL and Dr. Nora Lynn Springer of Manhattan, KS; his sister Dr. Suzanne Zeok (John Zoek) of Raleigh, NC; his nieces, Suzanne and Katherine (Katie); and his nephew John.
