He is survived by: his son Charles M. "Mike" Mooney (Katrina); his siblings, Terrie "Sue" Dowling of Adrian, PA and Henry Eierman of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Ethan of Hanover, Alexis of Hanover and Hailey Mooney of Hanover; and his niece Kelly Thomas.
