He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Carter and Essie Mae Carter; his wife Barbara Mae Carter; his siblings, Ertha House (Willie) and Deacon Melvin Carter; and his daughter Yvonne Marie Carter.
He is survived by: his children, Albert Dickson of York, Tracy Carter Romey (Robert) of South Carolina and Wanda Hudson (Roger) of Georgia; his siblings, Bennie Carter (Joyce), Carol A. Thompson and Madell Clark; and his sister-in-law Mildred Carter of York.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Jabez Ministries (40 Jefferson Ave, York, PA 17401). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Life Celebration Service.
