She is survived by: her husband Dr. John Keith Addy; her children, J. David Addy of Yoe, PA and June E. Blum (Frank) of York, PA; her granddaughters, Megan Schultz (Justin) of York, PA, Kathleen Blum of Camp Hill, PA and Melinda Blum of York, PA; her great grandchild Carl Schultz of York, PA.; and her siblings, David Branagan of Locke, NY and Lois Eckel of Blossvale, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
