She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob W. Mentzer and Cora E. Mentzer (Biddle); her husband Vernon Emery Billet, Sr.; her children, Richard E. Boyer, Jr. and Debra Boyer; and her siblings, Charles, Richard, Ronald and Cecile.
She is survived by: her children, Vernon E. Billet, Jr. (Brenda) of Manchester, Delores Rodgers of York and Susan Noel (Leroy) of York; and her brother Ralph Mentzer (Eunice) of Abbottstown. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and her 1 great-great grandchild.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private service for Janet will be held at the convenience of her family with interment in Mount Rose Cemetery.
