He is survived by: his spouse Halina "Ala" Wlazlo; his son Darek Wlazlo (Paula); his grandchildren, Dustin, Ryan and Marceeca; his daughter Michelle "Anne" Wolfe (Roy, Jr.); his grandchildren, Zachary and Izabella; and his brother Ted Wlazlo (Dana). He is also survived by four sisters.
