We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2021, at the age of 91, James Coppersmith of York, Pennsylvania, born in Hampstead, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Coppersmith and Myrtle Coppersmith (Stem); and his wife Dorothy V. Coppersmith (Martin). He is survived by: his children, Debbie Runkle Gunnett (Jeff Gunnett) of York, James W. Coppersmith (Victoria) of Spring Hill, TN, Diane M. Fry (Norman "Buck" Fry) of York, Wayne G. Coppersmith of Marietta, Susan Warner of Hanover and Robert Coppersmith (Amy) of York; and his siblings, Kenny Coppersmith of Maryland and Esther McComas of Maryland. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
