He was predeceased by: his parents, Augustus Doll and Dora E. Doll (Kindig); and his daughter Denise E. Kindig. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kindig (Folkenroth); his children, Jerry D. Kindig (Cheryl) of Lancaster, Darlene E. Mundy of York, Donna L. Kindig of York, Louann Keezel of Dover, Russell E. Kindig (Tracey) of York and Diana L. Schwartz (Joe) of York Haven; his grandchildren, Troy Kindig, Amber Hooper, Nichole Kindig, Tara Green, Shawn Keezel, Kristen Best and Jessica Keezel; his great grandchildren, Amanda, Brittany, Hannah, Aubree, Vivian, Grace, Brynlee and Alita; and his brother Henry A. Doll (Suzanne) of York.
