She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry K. Keiser and Ester I. Keiser (Krout); her sister Mary Oberlander (Maxwell); and her son Lynn E. Smeigh. She is survived by: her husband Jon of Elizabethtown; her son Todd Smeigh; her daughter-in-law Dawn Smeigh (Splain) of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Rachel Smeigh of Mount Joy, Nathan Smeigh of Elizabethtown and Kyle Spigelmeyer of Elizabethtown; and her sister Portia Smith (James Smith) of Roseboro. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and their children.
