He is survived by: his parents, Long Moua and May Yang; his siblings, John Moua of Ephrata, Vang Moua (Marie) of Ephrata, Jeff Moua of Ephrata, Xeng Moua of Ephrata, Nou Moua of Ephrata and Michael Moua of Ephrata; his nieces, Jessica and Chloe; and his nephew Ian.
