He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nathanial Brown Ruffin, Jesse Ruffin Jr. and Virginia Ruffin Fenner; and his grandson Tre. He is survived by: his children, Katrina Moore-King [Jeffrey], Nicole Ruffin, Jerome Moore and Cornell [Joe] Parker of York, PA; his grandchildren, Kaprisha, Ashleigh, Damar, Robert and Nia; his siblings, Herbert Murphy, Sr. (Linda), Beverly Ruffin of Rocky Mt, NC and Evelyn Ruffin-Barrett of Charlotte, NC; his aunt Alice Brown-Nelson; and his cousin Henry Anderson of Rocky Mt, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Jabez Ministries (40 Jefferson Ave, York, PA 17401).
