He was predeceased by: his father David C. "Red" Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Betty L. Campbell (Miller) of West York; and his siblings, David E. Campbell (Beth), Roxanne E. Crone (Lou), Kathy O. Swartz (Mike) and Donna R. Wise (Chris). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and countless friends.
