He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bowser and Betty Billet Bowser; and his siblings, Wynn, Robert, Jr. (Brenica), Ronald (Joanne) and Julie Shaeffer (John).
He is survived by: his wife Judy Bowser; his children, Garry, Jr. (Steph), Joe, Amy Kreiger (Larry) and Josh Lipman (Kellie); and his siblings, John (Mary) and Lynn Lloyd (Greg).
A memorial service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the East Side Bible Church (1035 Adams Rd, Wrightsville, PA 17368).
