He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank V. Kelkis, Sr. and Veronica Kelkis (Adams); and his brother Thomas Kelkis. He is survived by: his wife Joyce L. Kelkis (Bean); his daughters, Monika Brickner (William) of Red Lion and Melissa Richardson (Bryan) of Mt. Wolf; his grandchildren, Sarah, Michael, Amanda, Christopher and Isabella; his brother Michael Kelkis (Carol); and his sister-in-law Mary Kelkis. He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
