He was predeceased by: his wife Joan L. Mumma (Staley); his parents, Lewis Milton and Clotine Mumma (Luckman); his siblings, Grace Douglass (Charles), Karen Altland and Lewis Mumma Jr.; his grandson Noah Mumma; and his niece Diane Harbaugh.
He is survived by: his sons, Francis "Frank" M. Mumma (Patricia Kolbert) and Jared Mumma (Melanie Walsh); his grandchildren, Lauren Mumma, Kayla Mumma, Elaina Mumma and Michael Mumma; his niece Brenda Motter (Bryan); his nephew Chad Douglass (Tina); and also Donald Harbaugh.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the York Bible Church (890 Taxville Rd, York, PA 17408). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
