She was predeceased by: her parents, George S. Chronister and Evelyn Chronister (Moreland); her daughter Sherry Chronister; and her sisters, Marian, Dory, Connie and Ginny.

She is survived by: her son David Knokey (Clare Oliver) of East Berlin; and her siblings, Jean McGuigan of Hanover, Ruth Holcomb of York, Richard Chronister of York and Ron Chronister of Sacramento. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
