He was predeceased by: his wife Louise K. Wagner (Wales); his daughter Sally Wagner; and his brother Lloyd Wagner. He is survived by: his children, Justin S. Wagner (Tina) and Bonita J. Grady (Ed); and his brother Nelson Wagner. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
