She was predeceased by: her parents, Addie Griffith and George Homer Allen (James Parker); and her siblings, Jesse James Allen, Nancy Hooker, Minnie Ruth McDonald, Elizabeth Young Dickey and Margaret Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn Pendarvis-Harris (Herbert), James, Rocky Parker (Cheryl), Kelvin Parker (Christine), Travis Parker (Vilisha), Jason Parker (Stacy) and Montez Parker (Stephanie). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and an array of nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers please make contributions to Shiloh Baptist Church in memory of Louise.
