She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony "Sam" Chioda; her child Charmayne Lersch; and her parents, Henry Nutbrown and Rachel Nutbrown. She is survived by: her children, Anthony, Jr. (Patti), Maurice (Beth), James (Diane) and Toni Evans. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
