He is survived by: his wife Joan (Burgard); his son Chad Schmuck (Olivia); his granddaughter Emma Grace Schmuck; his brothers, Shannon Schmuck (Joanne) and Brady Schmuck (Kim); his friend Kim Schmuck; his stepchildren, Shannon Leppo (Elana) and Amanda Hoover (Robert); and his stepgrandchildren, Audrey, Delillah, Kinley, Annie, Isaac, Seth, Macarios and Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that any memorial contributions be made to Lifesong Hospice & Palliative Care, the family would also like to extend their thanks and appreciation to the staff for their care and support.
